Complete OS › ADHD planner

One clear next step, not another long list.

Complete OS puts the next thing at the top of your day, by name, so you spend less energy deciding where to start.

Example: asked “What should I do next?”, Echo (an AI) answers: Finish the proposal before lunch. It’s due Friday and it’s your biggest open task. Your 2:00 moved to 3:00, so the afternoon is booked solid.

Free for 14 days on the App Store and Google Play. Get it on the App Store, get it on Google Play, or use the web app.

Less deciding, more starting

An ADHD planner works when it reduces the number of decisions you have to make before you start. Complete OS is a general daily planner that does this one way: your calendar, tasks and habits live in one place, and the top of Today shows the next thing by its real name. It is a planning tool. It doesn’t diagnose or treat ADHD, and it isn’t medical advice.

One card at the top

Today leads with a single card, like the habits still open or the event coming up, with one button to act on it.

Ask what to do first

Ask Echo, “what should I focus on today?” It answers from your own calendar, tasks and habits. Echo is an AI, and its answers are labeled that way.

Catch a thought fast

Tap the mic and say it. Echo can save a task or a note, so it’s out of your head before it’s gone.

Habits on your days

Each habit runs on the days you choose, so it only asks on those days.

A short morning brief

Your day in one card: today’s tasks and events, last night’s sleep if you logged it, and what’s for dinner.

Everything in one place

Calendar, tasks, habits, meals and budget sit together, so there’s one app to open instead of five.

Questions

What is the best planner app for ADHD?

The best one is the one you keep opening, and that differs by person. Visual planners suit people who think in time blocks, and simple task apps suit people who want little on screen. Complete OS suits people who want the app to say what’s next instead of showing the whole list. We compare several in our guide to daily planner apps, including where Complete OS is the wrong pick.

Does Complete OS treat ADHD?

No. Complete OS is a planning app, not a medical product. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or manage any condition. If you have questions about ADHD, talk with a qualified clinician.

Will it remind me of things?

Yes. You can get a daily notification, and calendar events, tasks and habits show up on Today when they matter.

What happens if I miss a few days?

Your plan and history are still there when you come back. A streak counts days you logged in a row, so a missed day resets that number and nothing else.

Does Echo schedule my day for me?

Not automatically. Echo answers questions from your plan and can add tasks, notes, habits and calendar events when you ask. It doesn’t move things into free time on its own.

What does Complete OS cost?

Complete OS is $9.99 a month, one plan with everything included, and a 14-day free trial with no card required. It runs on iPhone (with an Apple Watch app), Android and the web.
