Everything Complete OS does.
One app for your day: Echo, habits, tasks, calendar, meals, budget, workouts and notes, all connected so Complete OS can tell you what to focus on right now. Free for 14 days, every feature on every device.
- Echo, your AI assistant: Ask what to focus on, plan around your next shift, or set up tomorrow. Echo reads your goals, habits, schedule and history, and always says it is an AI.
- Daily Brief: One signal for this moment of your day: morning, afternoon or evening. Never a to-do list dump.
- Habits and streaks: Daily streaks, habits that run on the days you pick, and a habits card that shows up when it is due.
- Tasks and calendar: Tasks and events feed your Today screen. Google Calendar and Apple Calendar sync in.
- Work-schedule import: Photograph or upload your posted schedule and your shifts land on your calendar, with the current or next shift on Today.
- Meals and grocery list: A recipe library, a weekly meal plan and a grocery list you fill from any recipe in one tap, with barcode scan.
- Budget and bills: Spending by category, upcoming bills from your calendar and payday detection.
- Workout logging: Full sessions with sets, reps, supersets, a plate calculator, Hevy import and weekly summaries.
- Notes: Full-text search across your notes. Echo remembers what you tell it.
- Household sharing: Share the grocery list, meal plans, recipes and the calendars you choose. Each member decides what they share.

- Your day starts when you wake: Set your wake time and morning, afternoon and evening follow it, night shifts included.
- iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and web: Native apps on the App Store and Google Play plus a full web app. One account on every device.
How it works
- Tell it when you wake: Set your wake time once. The rest of the day follows it.
- Bring your life in: Add habits, bills, recipes and workouts, connect your calendar, or import your work schedule.
- Ask what to focus on: Open Today, or ask Echo, and get one clear next step.
Your day starts when you wake, not at midnight
You tell Complete OS what time you get up. If that’s 5am before a day shift, or 5pm before nights, everything shifts with you. No more being told to “wind down” at the start of your shift, or greeted with “still up?” when you just woke.
Your schedule, read from a photo
In Plan, tap + Add, then Work schedule. Take a photo of the posted schedule or upload the PDF, pick your name if it lists the whole crew, check what was read, and add the shifts to your calendar. Rows the app wasn’t sure about are flagged “check this”.
Your shift on the Today screen
Today shows the shift you’re on (“On shift now, until 10:00 PM”) or the next one coming up, with its code and location. Tap Update when a new schedule comes out.
Habits that don’t shame your schedule
Your morning routine shows up at your morning, whether that lands at 4am or 4pm. Pick the days each habit runs, so a habit isn’t due on the days you don’t work it.
Echo, an AI that knows your day
Ask Echo to plan around your next shift, catch what you’re forgetting, or set up tomorrow. It reads the day you actually have, and it always says it’s an AI.
One household, one list, everyone’s week
One person creates a household in Settings and sends an invite link or code. Everyone who joins gets the same grocery list, the recipes the household shares, and the meals and calendars each person chooses to share. Nobody has to text “we need milk” again.
Dinner, decided on Sunday
The Meals tab lays out breakfast, lunch and dinner for each day. Put a saved recipe in a slot, or just type “pizza night”. Plan up to two weeks ahead.
One grocery list for everyone
Send a recipe’s ingredients to the list in one tap; anything already on it is skipped. Anyone in the household can add items or check them off, and check-offs sync live, so two people can split the store.
Everyone’s week on one calendar
Share the calendars you choose with the household, and choose who sees each event you add. Today and Plan then show what’s happening and who’s where.
Private by default where it matters
Notes, tasks and meals start private; recipes start shared. Each item has “Only me”, “Household” or “Choose people”, and only the person who made an item can edit it.
One screen that already knows what’s next
Most planners hand you a list and leave the deciding to you. Complete OS looks at what’s on your calendar, what’s overdue, which habits are due and which bills are coming, and puts the one that matters first.
The next thing, first
The top of Today is one card: the event about to start, the morning habits still open, the workout you haven’t done in five days, the bill due this week. Tap it to act on it.
A morning briefing
Scroll down for last night’s sleep (from Apple Health or Health Connect), today’s tasks and today’s events in one card.
Ask Echo what to do first
Type or say “what should I focus on today?” Echo answers from your own tasks, habits and workouts in a few sentences. It always says it’s an AI.
Everything else in one place
Habits and streaks, meals and a grocery list, spending and bills, workouts and notes, so your day doesn’t live in five different apps.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a planner app for night shift workers?
Yes. Complete OS plans the day from the time you wake up instead of from midnight, so a 5pm wake-up before a night shift is your morning: morning habits, the greeting and the app’s colors all follow it.
Can it read my work schedule?
Yes. In Plan, tap + Add, then Work schedule, and take a photo of the schedule or upload a PDF. If it lists the whole crew, pick your name. You review every shift it read, fix anything flagged “check this”, then add them to your calendar.
Does it handle rotating shifts?
Yes, in two ways. Import each new schedule as it comes out, and set your wake time in Settings; when your rotation changes, change the wake time and the whole day moves with it. There is no built-in rotation pattern generator.
Will my habit streak break on my days off?
It can. A streak counts days you logged in a row, so a day with no log resets it. You can pick the days each habit runs, so a work-day habit isn’t due on your days off and doesn’t ask you then.
Is my schedule photo sent anywhere?
To read it, the photo or PDF you choose is sent to the AI service that powers Echo, as described in the privacy policy. Nothing is scanned unless you pick the file.
Can nurses use it as a shift schedule app?
Yes. Photograph the posted unit schedule or upload the PDF, pick your name if it lists the whole floor, and your shifts land on your calendar. Today then shows the shift you’re on, or the next one, and the rest of your day runs on your wake time.
What does Complete OS cost?
Complete OS is $9.99 a month, one plan with everything included, and a 14-day free trial with no card required. It runs on iPhone (with an Apple Watch app), Android and the web.
Is there a family calendar app that also plans meals and groceries?
Yes. Complete OS has a Kitchen with recipes, a weekly meal plan and a grocery list, plus a calendar, in one app. Create a household and everyone in it shares the grocery list and sees the meals, recipes and calendars each person chooses to share.
Can two people edit the same grocery list at once?
Yes. Everyone in the household shares one grocery list. Anyone can add items or check them off, and changes sync live, so two people can shop the same list in different aisles.
Can my partner see my whole calendar?
Only what you choose. You pick which of your calendars the household can see, and each event you add has its own “Who can see this” choice.
Can my partner change a meal I planned?
No. Only the person who planned a meal can edit or delete it. Others see it marked “Shared by” with your name, view-only.
How do I add someone to my household?
Open Settings, find Household, create one and share the invite code or link. Each code works once and is used up when someone joins with it.
Is there an app that tells you what to focus on right now?
Yes. Complete OS puts one card at the top of its Today screen with the thing that matters now, taken from your calendar, tasks, habits, workouts and bills, and its assistant Echo answers “what should I focus on today?” from your own plan.
How is this different from a to-do list app?
A to-do list shows everything and leaves the choosing to you. Complete OS also knows your calendar, habits, workouts and bills, so it can put the one thing that matters now first, and it covers meals, budget and notes in the same app.
Do I have to type everything in?
No. You can connect calendars, import workouts from Hevy, read sleep and steps from Apple Health or Health Connect, and talk to Echo instead of typing.
Does it work as an ADHD planner?
Many people with ADHD look for a planner that shows one thing at a time instead of a long list, and Today’s top card does exactly that. Complete OS is a planner, not a medical or treatment tool.
Is Echo a real person?
No. Echo is an AI assistant, it says so, and its answers are labeled as AI-generated. What it can see is listed in the privacy policy.
