It reads the plan you already keep there, so you can ask what to do first and get an answer using your real tasks and events. It always says it’s an AI, and its answers are labeled as AI-generated.

Ask “what should I focus on today?” or “how am I doing this week?” and get an answer that names your real tasks, habits and events.
Add things by voice
Say “add oat milk to the grocery list” or “remind me to book the oil change.” Echo can add grocery items, tasks, notes, habits and calendar events.

What is the best AI personal assistant app?

What can’t Echo do?
Echo doesn’t move tasks into your free time on its own, send messages for you, or act outside Complete OS. It only works with the plan you keep in the app.
What data does Echo see?
To answer you, Echo uses your habits, workouts, calendar, meals, notes, budget and bills, saved memories, and health data if you connect it. That goes to our AI providers, Anthropic first and OpenAI as a fallback, and isn’t used to train their models under their API terms. Passwords, payment details and walk GPS are never sent. Does it say it’s an AI?
Yes, always. Echo says it’s an AI, and its answers are labeled as AI-generated.
